Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all content hosted on www.phillipforex.in is copyright Phillip Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. (PSIPL), 2017. All rights are reserved. The copying, republication, or redistribution of PSIPL's copyrighted content ­ including but not limited to, forum posts, reports, news mix, news comments, product lists, and data ­ is explicitly prohibited without prior written consent.

The PSIPL database includes all data displayed on PSIPL's Live Markets, including research articles, market commentaries, Audio Video files, knowledge base, and other assembled data. PSIPL database is a unique, creative, easily­identifiable compilation requiring hundreds of man­hours to compile and the copying, republication or redistribution of PSIPL data, in part or in whole, is explicitly prohibited.

The information, products, solutions, and services ("Services") hosted on and from www.phillipforex.in are provided by Phillip Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. (PSIPL), located at No. 1, 18th Floor, Urmi Estate, 95 Ganpatrao Kadam Marg, Lower Parel West, Mumbai 400013, Maharashtra, India. By using PSIPL's Services, users of the Services ("Users") are agreeing to all of the following terms.

Services Usage

Users must follow any policies made available to Users within the Services.

Users may not misuse Services. For example, Users are not permitted to interfere with Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that PSIPL provides. Users may use Services only as permitted.

PSIPL may suspend or stop providing Services to Users who do not comply with terms or policies, or if PSIPL is investigating suspected misconduct.

Using PSIPL's Services does not give Users any ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Services, or the content Users access. Users may not use content from PSIPL's Services unless Users obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted. These terms do not grant Users the right to use any branding or logos used in PSIPL's Services.

PSIPL's Services are designed primarily for corporates involved in international trade and forex traders. Trading forex is potentially profitable for educated and experienced traders; however, there is considerable exposure to financial risk when trading forex. PSIPL makes no endorsement of forex trading, and does not intend to influence Users to trade or alter their trading approach. Phillip Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates cannot be held liable for trading decisions based on information hosted on or from the PhillipForex website www.phillipforex.in.

PSIPL may email Users service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. Users may opt out of some of those communications by contacting their PSIPL representatives.

Member Account

Users may need to obtain a member account ("Account") in order to use all Services.

Users are responsible for protecting their Account by keeping their password confidential. Users are responsible for the activity that happens on or through their Account. Users should not reuse their Account password on third­party applications. If Users learn of any unauthorized use of their password or Account, they should immediately contact PSIPL.

User-Generated Content

Some Services allow Users to submit existing content. Users retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that they hold in that content. What belongs to Users stays theirs.

When Users upload or otherwise submit content to PSIPL's Services, PSIPL does not use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights Users grant in this license are completely secured. This license continues even if Users stop using PSIPL's Services.

PSIPL's Services display all the content that belongs to PSIPL. PSIPL may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates PSIPL's policies, and PSIPL may remove or refuse to display content that PSIPL reasonably believe violates PSIPL's policies or the law. However, that does not necessarily mean that PSIPL reviews all content.

PSIPL responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement and terminates accounts of repeat infringers.

Modifying Services

PSIPL is constantly changing and improving Services. PSIPL may add or remove functionalities or features, and PSIPL may suspend or stop a Service altogether.

Users can stop using PSIPL's Services at any time. PSIPL may also stop providing Services to Users at any time, or add or create new limits to PSIPL's Services at any time.

Warranties and Disclaimers

PSIPL provides Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care. However, the following outlines things which PSIPL does not promise about the Services:

OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS OR ADDITIONAL TERMS, NEITHER PSIPL NOR PSIPL'S AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, OR DISTRIBUTORS MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE SERVICES. PSIPL DOES NOT MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE SERVICES, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE SERVICES, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET USERS NEEDS. PSIPL PROVIDES ALL SERVICES "AS IS."

SOME JURISDICTIONS PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN WARRANTIES, LIKE THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON­INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PSIPL EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES.

Liability for Services

WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, PSIPL, AND PSIPL'S AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF PSIPL, AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT USERS PAID PSIPL TO USE THE SERVICES (OR, IF PSIPL CHOOSES, TO SUPPLYING USERS THE SERVICES AGAIN).

IN ALL CASES, PSIPL, AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.

Business Use

If Users are using Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify PSIPL and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees.

About These Terms

These terms were last updated on August 4, 2020.

PSIPL may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to PSIPL's Services. Users should look at these terms regularly. PSIPL will update the date at the start of this section when the terms are modified.

Changes to these terms will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than 28 days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If Users do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, Users should discontinue use of all Services.

If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.

The laws of Union Republic of India will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or PSIPL's Services.

Disclaimer:

We do not recommend a stock broker. If any stock broker is recommended by any of our representative, we do not receive any consideration by way of remuneration or compensation or in any other form whatsoever from stock broker or any other intermediary so recommended to client.

In case of clients seeking advice on any specific positions already made by the client, we will be able to suggest best possible action considering our view on the security or product. Such suggestion under any circumstances shall be considered as an opinion (not advice) from our organization and we advise client to consider our opinion and not consultancy to make his/her final decision. We are not liable for any losses whatsoever client may incur in accepting this opinion.

Client is also advised to trade only if Trade Calls suit his current risk appetite and risk bearing capacity, all such Trade Calls shall be considered as a view or opinion and client shall on his/her discretion decide actual trades.

We may recommend services of specific intermediaries. No litigations have been filed against us since the incorporation. All the Trade Calls which are suggested by us are communicated in written, no verbal communication from any of the executives or otherwise under any circumstances shall be considered as advice of any nature whatsoever by our organization.

Risk of loss in trading/investment can be substantial and even more than the amount / margin given by you. You should carefully consider whether trading/investment is appropriate for you in light of your experience, objectives, financial resources and other relevant circumstances. PSIPL and any of its employees, directors, associates and/or employees, directors, associates of PSIPL’s group entities or affiliates shall not be liable for losses, if any, incurred by you. You are further cautioned that trading/investments in financial markets are subject to market risks and are advised to seek independent third party trading / investment advice outside PSIPL /group /associates /affiliates /directors /employees before and during your trading/investment. There is no guarantee/assurance as to returns or profits or capital protection or appreciation. PSIPL and any of its employees, directors, associates, and/or employees, directors, associates of PSIPL’s group entities or affiliates is not inducing you for trading/investing in the financial market(s). Trading/Investment decision is your sole responsibility.
